President
Sylvie is a passionate leader and president of InnerSkin. She is from Irvine, California, currently a freshman at the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) in Santa Ana. Sylvie has demonstrated strong leadership skills through her involvement in various student organizations and initiatives. Her dedication to making a meaningful impact extends beyond music, where she combines her experience as a violinist with her drive to collaborate and inspire others. She has served as concertmaster for multiple youth orchestras, including the Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra, Irvine Unified School District Honor Orchestra, Los Angeles Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Chamber Orchestra at OCSA. In addition to her role at InnerSkin, she has been involved in numerous prestigious music festivals and programs. She has founded InnerSkin with the belief that art and music can bring healing and awareness to important health issues. Inspired by her own experiences with eczema and a desire to make a positive impact, she created the organization to support those facing comparable challenges. Her exploration of biological sciences empowered her to advocate for others. Through the club, she aims to combine her passion for science with a dedication to making a positive impact on the eczema community. Outside of her leadership in the arts, Sylvie enjoys competing in Science Olympiad, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with her cat.
Vice President
Benjamin is a student and community volunteer based in Orange County, California, with a focus on leadership development, service, and communication. As a Vice President of InnerSkin Club, Benjamin helped launch a nonprofit dedicated to building community through volunteer opportunities and outreach. Alongside community work, Benjamin competes as a Lincoln Douglas debater, earning multiple tournament awards while studying philosophy, ethics, and political theory to develop clear and thoughtful arguments. Through Scouting America’s National Youth Leadership Training program, Benjamin earned leadership certification and now serves as a staff member, helping new participants grow through hands-on training and mentorship. Volunteer work in this space has totaled over 250 hours and continues to be a meaningful part of Benjamin’s journey. With a love for both science and the arts, Benjamin has been a member of the Science Olympiad team, specializing in numerous environmental and biological events, and works as an event coordinator and musician for non-profit organization Our Healing Harmonies, performing for local audiences to create moments of connection through music. As a Life Scout and former Senior Patrol Leader of Troop 616, Benjamin has led over 85 scouts in activities and leadership development. Benjamin is skilled in community outreach, organizational development, curriculum planning, and leadership training.
Historian/Treasurer
As InnerSkin’s Historian and Treasurer, I document our eczema-awareness meetings through photography and event recaps while also building the club’s first fundraising roadmap, complete with draft budgets and long-range financial targets. My deep curiosity about dermatology and barrier-supportive skin care keeps me engaged in every discussion, ensuring our initiatives stay both medically informed and sustainable.
Outside the club, I’m an AI-and-robotics enthusiast who has engineered cloud-connected Raspberry Pi systems, interned at TensorIoT to deliver a full-stack conversational robot, and earned second place at the 2025 EcoInnovation Competition. A Mensa life member, competitive JOAD archer, and RCM Level 9 pianist, and in the future, I plan to major in engineering with a minor in computer science.
Membership Chair
Hi! I’m Luke Park. I am a freshman in the Creative Writing conservatory at OCSA, and Innerskin’s Membership Outreach. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports, writing, or spending time with my brother. I’m passionate about skincare and how it can help people feel more confident, healthy, and empowered. You can usually find me in the school's DMS plaza playing soccer, in Annex playing volleyball, or in a classroom tutoring someone about their next math test.
Secretary
Hi! I’m Vivian, a freshman in the Frederick Fennell Wind Studies at OCSA. As your secretary, I’ll be documenting meetings, tracking hours, and ensuring smooth communication. I’m passionate about exploring skin conditions and skincare, and I love delving into the science behind how it all starts!
FMP
Hello, my name is Tiger, and I am proud to serve as Innerskin’s fundraising, social media, marketing and promotions chair board member. I am dedicated to raising awareness of the topic of dermatology and promoting our amazing club, as well as managing our social media page, overseeing Innerskin’s newsletter, campaigning, and fundraising for our events. My interest in dermatology stems from a desire to help everyone feel confident with how they look on the outside, while also supporting them on the inside. Things I like to do for fun outside of school include playing basketball, making music, debating, and making movie theories.
